Grilled Cabbage

If you think you don’t like cabbage, it’s because you’ve never had it made like this!

First, slice the cabbage thinly.

Then, place it on a large piece of aluminum foil.  Add salt, pepper, and bacon grease.  Yes, bacon grease.  If you aren’t enough of a country girl to handle bacon grease, use a little butter.  It’s not as good, but it will work.

Add another piece of foil to the top and seal it up by folding around the edges.

Put this packet on the grill for about 25 minutes.  It’ll puff up like crazy from all the steam.
